Dry January is an annual challenge that encourages people to give up alcohol for the entire month of January.
In recent years this has gained widespread popularity as everyone looks to kickstart their year with a focus on health, detoxification, and self-care. This year, research shows that 15.5 million Brits are planning to take a month away from alcohol.
Abstaining from alcohol will show you how:
- Your general health may improve
- You’ll see how your body feels without booze
- You might sleep better and feel more energized
- Your immune system may be in better shape.
