On-site pay-and-display parking
Parking is limited. Please arrive in plenty of time so you do not miss your appointment.
The main hospital car park is accessed via a barrier. You will receive a ticket at the barrier on entry and should pay at the pay station before returning to your car. Once paid the ticket is used to open the exit barrier.

Up to 2 hours £3.50
Up to 3 hours £5.50
Up to 4 hours £7.30
Up to 5 hours £9.20
Up to 6 hours £11.00
6 to 8 hours £14.40
8 to 10 hours £17.10
10 to 24 hours £18.50
Lost tickets are charged at £20 per replacement.
Charges apply at all times of day and night.
Car park pay stations accept coins, notes and debit/ credit cards, give change and have an intercom if you need help.
Blue badge holders can park for free in the designated disabled spaces, but normal charges apply in the main car parks.
In the event of a patient being admitted to hospital for longer than 14 days the next of kin or a nominated visitor will be offered reduced parking costs. Please ask on the ward for more information.
Bicycle parking facilities are available outside A&E
Motorcycles can also be parked free of charge outside A&E
Electric vehicle charging points are not yet available.
