On 8th June, several members of the Knowledge and Libraries team attended the Education Week conference at the AMEX stadium. The conference was the first of its kind at UH Sussex, bringing together staff with an interest in education from across the trust for a day of learning and celebration.
The breakout sessions provided a fantastic opportunity to explore a range of education topics in more depth. Yannis Vatis, Senior Learning Technologist, gave a presentation in one of the sessions on ‘Learning Technology, embracing new ways of working’, which was well attended and generated significant interest.

As always, people were particularly interested in UpToDate – our much-loved clinical decision-making tool – and KnowledgeShare – our evidence update service.
