As a patient, relative, carer or visitor sometimes you may need advice and support. We recognise that coming to hospital can sometimes be difficult and we are here to help, should you need it. If you have any issues or concerns about care provided by the Trust it is always best to initially speak to the person in charge of the ward or department. If, however, you are not happy with the result of this please do get in touch with PALS.
PALS can
• provide information about services both here at the Trust and other organisations
• liaise with departments within the hospital on your behalf
• listen to any concerns you may have and help to resolve them
